3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for most areas. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

4. Handling & Packing
All items are checked and securely packed before dispatch. We ensure proper wrapping to avoid damage during transit.

5. Delays or Issues

6. Wrong or Damaged Delivery
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, inform us within 24 hours with photos and your order details. We’ll guide you with the next steps.
