1. Product Pricing
All items are sold at a flat price of Rs. 100. Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

2. Orders & Availability
Orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Product availability may vary, and we reserve the right to cancel any item if it's out of stock.

3. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order within the promised timeline. However, delays due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location.

4. Return & Replacement
We only accept returns in case of a wrong or damaged item, reported within 24 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for more details.

5. No Cash Refunds
Refunds are not offered. If approved, we may provide a replacement or store credit.

6. Use of Products
Our items are everyday-use kitchen essentials. Use them safely and responsibly. We are not liable for misuse or accidents caused by the product.
